- Integrations Shipn may integrate with your existing accounting, ERP, and CRM systems to automate data flow, subject to your system compatibility.
- Data Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability Shipn, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
- Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and data on the Platform, including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of Shipn or licensed to Shipn.
- Amendment of Terms Shipn reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. All amendments to these Terms shall be effective immediately upon their posting to the Platform.
